Because we were offered the flexibility of completing our Level 2 Powerboat on our own boat, we were able to ask boat (and berth) specific questions and really get a feel of what we were able to achieve in our own craft.
Seb was friendly, informative, and an excellent teacher. He pitched the course at our level, and was happy to answer any and all of our questions.
We are currently looking at further training, and will not hesitate to come straight to Torquay Watersports.

Ended up costing a lot more than I... read more expected. Unreliable booking. Promises made but not Kept. Basic communication missing. Website limited in functionality. Late replies that needed chasing making planning impossible. Reactive not proactive. No commitment to the customer. Immaturity of some staff. Like dealing with a child.
