International skippering license

Day skipper course and International skippering license to charter and own a boat. Day skipper is a practical 5 day course and is an international recognised qualification.

Pre experience required

Anybody undertaking this course must have some basic skills of the Competent Crew course and knowledge of navigation RYA Dayskipper Shore-based course available online or in the classroom

Course includes

5 days onboard sailing and learning new skills, plan and navigate to different marinas and ports as part of the course. Includes breakfast and lunches onboard plus certificate on successful completion

Start you skippering license in Spain from Barcelona in Marina Vela which is right next to the main Barceloneta beaches and then best sights in Barcleona. Amazing locations to visit on the Costa Brava and Costa Dorada coastline including the lovely ports of Sitges and Blanes or spend the night at anchor sheltered off Tossa De Mar.

Course numbers

We limit our numbers on the courses to a maximum of 5 persons to ensure you have plenty of time on the helm with an experienced RYA instructor to guide you through.This is a very hands on practical course
